A person wishing to apply for membership to the STCA can request a membership packet from the Membership Committee Chairman. Included in the membership packet will be an application form, a code of ethics, the constitution and by-laws, instructions on how to apply, and a description of how the membership procedure works.

A prospective member must be sponsored by two current members in good standing. They must fill out the entire application and send it with the membership dues and sponsorship letters from each sponsor to the membership chairperson. Applications and sponsorship letters must be signed and dated.
